How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are Swig Life products dishwasher safe?
Most of our tumblers and mugs are top-rack dishwasher safe, though we recommend hand-washing to preserve the finish and vacuum seal longevity. Please check the product base for specific care instructions.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like loss of vacuum insulation but does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can request a change within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has hit the fulfillment floor.
